Digital Mind
Assistant

A knowledge base for your business that talks back: your team feeds it notes, and customers or employees ask it questions in natural language — like an assistant that knows your history.

What it is

Your business,
conversational

Digital Mind is a shared knowledge base for businesses: your team feeds it notes, updates, and context — and an AI assistant answers questions from customers, partners, or employees in natural language.

Two modes shape the experience. Company mode is the default — the assistant speaks about the business in third person, onboarding prompts say "Add an entry," and the vocabulary is built for teams.

Company / service mode

A shared knowledge base for a business — the assistant speaks about the company in third person, and the onboarding, prompts, and vocabulary shift accordingly.

"Add an entry" instead of "Add a memory," "the knowledge base" instead of "your journal."

Personal mode

Your own private journal — the assistant speaks as if it knows you, reflecting your memories back in first person.

"You did X on Tuesday."

How your team feeds it

Write, record,
or message

Multiple channels to capture what matters — for teams and individuals alike.

Web dashboard

Write text entries directly, tag them to a specific date (today, a past day, or a general note with no date at all), or record a voice note in the browser.

Telegram bot

Link a Telegram bot to your account and text or send voice notes from your phone — voice is transcribed automatically. A daily prompt at 6pm nudges you for an update. This channel is entirely optional and can be skipped forever.

Background facts

A structured layer of background facts about the business — name, what you do, who's involved, and so on — that helps the assistant understand entries in context. The app proactively suggests questions to fill this in, and you can snooze, skip, or permanently dismiss any of them.

The chat

Ask anything,
get answers

Natural-language questions grounded in your actual logged entries and context — perfect for customer support, employee onboarding, or internal Q&A.

Natural language queries

Ask things like "what's our onboarding process?" or "summarize this quarter's updates" and get answers grounded in your team's entries, with follow-up suggestion buttons rather than a single reply.

Semantic retrieval

Every entry is embedded for semantic retrieval, so the assistant finds what's relevant instead of skimming everything. It understands meaning, not just keywords.

Guardrails

Configurable
safety rules

Define what the assistant should and shouldn't answer — with custom fallback messages that route people to the right channel when the AI steps back.

Topic restrictions

Define topics or situations the assistant should decline to answer directly, each with its own custom fallback message.

Contact fallbacks

Fallbacks can reference structured contact info — email, phone, WhatsApp, or social links — rendered as real clickable links.

Public sharing

Publish your
chat

Turn your knowledge base into a customer-facing assistant: a public link or an embeddable widget for your website, both backed by the same data.

Public link & widget

Share a public link or embed a widget on your website. Widget appearance — title, color, icon, position, button text — is fully customizable.

AI-mistakes disclosure

Public visitors always get a third-person, clearly disclosed experience regardless of account type, with an AI-mistakes disclosure shown up front — never an AI impersonating a real person to a stranger.
