Why digital MiND

One team.
No handovers.

One system

Marketing, web and automation, run by one team in one conversation, so nothing is lost between departments.

Human & AI

Your team's skill is amplified by AI and automation, not replaced by it.

Scoped upfront

What gets built, by when, at what price — agreed in writing before we start.

Dates we keep

The deadline we give you is the one we hit.

Fully remote & flexible

Working across time zones and company sizes, from early-stage startups to enterprises.

What we do

The areas we cover

We work best where marketing and engineering meet. That’s usually where work gets lost between suppliers.

Brand & communication strategy

Positioning, naming and messaging when you’re starting from nothing, or rebuilding when what you have has stopped fitting. The identity and the voice that website, campaigns, sales conversations get built on.

  • Positioning
  • Naming
  • Brand identity
  • Messaging & tone of voice
  • Rebranding
  • Brand guidelines
  • Market & competitor research

Digital marketing

The plan that turns brand into activity, and the campaigns that run it: content, channels, paid media and the funnel that connects all of it to sales. Run by the people who wrote the strategy, from small local budgets up to five figures a month.

  • Annual marketing plans
  • Content strategy
  • Editorial calendars
  • Copywriting
  • Meta & LinkedIn Ads
  • Funnel design
  • Email marketing
  • Community & influencer

Software development

If it runs on a server, a browser or a phone, we can build it. Web apps, mobile, back-end services, e-commerce, dashboards, internal tools, integrations between systems that were never meant to talk to each other, plus the architecture and infrastructure underneath. Two decades of production code behind the decisions.

  • Web applications
  • Mobile apps
  • Back-end & APIs
  • E-commerce
  • Internal tools & dashboards
  • System integrations
  • Cloud & infrastructure
  • Databases
  • Blockchain & Web3
  • Legacy modernisation

AI & automation

We don’t use AI to replace your team, we use it to remove the parts of their job that don’t need a human, so the skill they already have goes further. Assistants and automations built around how your team actually works, not around whatever tool someone is trying to sell you. And when AI adds nothing, we say so.

  • Opportunity assessment
  • Custom AI assistants
  • Workflow automation
  • Document & data processing
  • AI product development
  • Team enablement & training

Project & delivery management

Someone senior owning the timeline, the briefs, the vendors and the awkward conversations. Agile or ITIL, three people or thirty, startup pace or enterprise governance, including fractional CTO and marketing-lead arrangements.

  • Programme management
  • Agile & Scrum
  • ITIL
  • Team coordination
  • Vendor management
  • Product launch
  • Fractional CTO / CMO

Web development

Sites and landing pages, designed, written and deployed to carry a message, not to show off what’s possible in a browser. Blogs and editorial systems that keep publishing after launch week, built on foundations that are fast, findable and easy for your team to update without calling us every time.

  • Websites
  • Landing pages
  • Copywriting
  • Blog & editorial
  • SEO foundations
  • Analytics setup

Range

Corporate or startup.
At home in both worlds.

Years inside large corporations, years inside startups on day one. Most suppliers only speak one of those languages. We speak both, and bring the good habits from each into the other.

We know how big organisations work

Procurement, compliance, approval chains four people deep. We’ve delivered inside all of it without treating the process as the enemy.

And how small ones survive

No budget for waste, decisions made in an afternoon, one person wearing five hats. We move at that pace without leaving a mess behind.

So we translate between them

Startups get enterprise-level written scope, real documentation. Corporates get answers in days, not quarters.

How we work

From first email to delivered work

No pitches and discovery workshop before we’ve even said hello. You write, we reply, and from there it’s four steps.

You reach out

One email or a message describing what you need help with. You’ll usually hear back the same day, from the person who would actually run the work.

Scope in writing

What gets done, in what order, by when, at what price, and what we need from you. Fixed-scope project or monthly retainer, whichever suits the work.

Visible while it happens

A shared board, a standing check-in, and honest reporting against the numbers we agreed, including the months when those numbers aren’t flattering.

Finished means finished

Documented, handed over, and working after we stop looking at it. We’d rather push a date than ship something we’d be embarrassed to put our name on.

Where we've worked

Enough sectors
to spot a pattern

Industrial machinery and wine platforms, paint manufacturers and learning apps, networking hardware and restaurants. Different vocabulary each time; the underlying job does not change: work out what matters, then get it built.

The team

The people who will actually do it

Not a leadership page for someone else's delivery team. Whoever answers your first email stays on the work until it is finished.

Anastasia Panova

Anastasia Panova

Marketing & project management

Anastasia builds the demand side: campaigns and marketing operations across European and Middle Eastern markets, for global brands, industrial companies with no marketing function, and products that hadn't launched yet. The work often starts before there's anything to promote: naming, positioning, deciding who this is actually for.

From there she writes the plan and runs it herself — budgets, editorial calendar, press and influencer relationships, and the funnel that connects marketing to sales. She's done this inside large marketing departments and as the entire department, and she's candid about what's worth the money.

Master's in marketing. Works in English, Italian and Russian.

Lorenzo Giordano

Lorenzo Giordano

Technology, product & delivery

Lorenzo builds the thing and gets it delivered. A decade as a full-stack developer first, which is why the architecture conversations stay grounded, then CTO and technical advisor to early-stage startups, and project/product manager on large enterprise programmes running in parallel.

That covers the whole arc: requirements, system and cloud architecture, build-vs-buy calls, and staying with the product after launch. Comfortable under enterprise constraints (ITIL, compliance, procurement) and in a startup deciding by Thursday with no committee. Recent work leans heavily on AI and automation, alongside Web3 platforms.

He’s direct about trade-offs and treats a deadline as a commitment, not an aspiration. Works in English and Italian.
